Screen Printing - How it works

You send us the artwork that you want to be printed and we create a mock-up of how you want it printed on the shirt for you to approve before we go into production.

Once payment has been received we will order your garments ready for printing. If you need help with how to set up your T-shirt artwork we have an explainer here.

Out of your artwork's print layers, we print separate acetates that make up all colours of the image.

That Acetate then gets exposed onto a silkscreen, leaving behind the image burnt into the screen.

Which is then repeated onto as many screens as there are colours in your artwork.

We then mix all of the ink colours specified by you to as close as we can match to an uncoated Pantone colour reference.

We then set your screens up on the print carousel and get to work registering the artwork and printing.

We fold and box up the freshly printed garments ready to be collected or delivered through one of our trusted courier services.

Once collected you will receive your tracking information from our selected couriers, which you will then receive the following working day.
