We specialise in manufacturing personalised items. Due to the nature of the business, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake, or the items are faulty.
If you have issues with your order, please contact us at hello@greyjampress.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you include your order number in any correspondence.
Please check the details of all products thoroughly before placing your order. Ensure that you have selected the correct sizes and that formats are correct. If, when processing your order, we notice any discrepancies we will contact you to clarify any details.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
