The best thing to do is to send us an email with some information on your ideas to hello@greyjampress.com. We’ll take a look and get back to you if it’s something we’re interested in taking forwards. 

We accept all major forms of online payment. You can pay us directly using Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay through our website checkout page. 

We accept all major forms of debit and credit card, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard, and Visa.

You can also split your payments into 3 with Klarna. For more information on Klarna payments visit our About Klarna page.

You’ll get the option to upload artwork files when you select your product. You can simply drag and drop your designs, or upload them from your computer.

Once you’ve uploaded your artwork and placed your order, your files will be transferred to us. We’ll review them and contact you if we have any questions or queries about your artwork or your order.

If you do not have your artwork available when placing your order, you can email it to us at hello@greyjampress.com when you are ready. Make sure to include your order number so we know it’s you!

Creating an account is simple and makes completing future orders easier and faster.

Click on the person icon on the top right of the webpage and there you will find the option to fill in your details. Once you’ve added your details, you can create an account.

You also have the option to create an account at the checkout while placing your order. 

We have strong processes in place to ensure that your data is protected. 

We aim to get producing all orders as soon as possible. Our standard turnaround times are listed below:  

Vinyl stickers: 5 to 10 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required) and full payment has been received.

Egg Shell stickers: 5 to 10 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required) and full payments has been received.

During busy periods, production times may be longer.  If you’re working to a deadline, let us know when placing your order. We’ll do everything we can to deliver in time, and will let you know if we can’t. 

Every customer can collect tacky points (loyalty points) on our website. You'll receive them with each order and can use them to access discounts on future orders.

We can sometimes offer discounts to frequent customers who order in large volumes but will only discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to use images of any screen printed or digital orders printed by us (including vinyl stickers, eggshell stickers, paper prints, garments, etc.) on our social media networks. 

If you would not like your stickers or prints to be posted on social media platforms, please email us at hello@greyjampress.com to let us know.

To get the best quality printed results, you need to supply us with high-quality artwork. To help you, we’ve created this artwork guide. You should find all the answers you need to help you create and supply the artwork we need.

We’ll do whatever we can to help you with artwork sizing and formatting, however, we are unable to help you with design.

You can either email your artwork to us at hello@greyjampress.com or send them via www.wetransfer.com. Please ensure you include your order number whenever you contact us.

If your artwork is too big to upload through our site, you can email it to us at hello@greyjampress.com.  

If it’s too large to send by email, use WeTransfer to send it to us.

PDF and vector artwork should be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi. This will provide the best results when printed. 

We cannot guarantee the quality of any printing using artwork lower than 300dpi.

We use a CMYK print process. 

Below you can find out more about CMYK and what it is. This section will also explain how to set up your artwork in this colour mode.

300dpi

300dpi artwork will produce high-quality print results. 

72dpi

720dpi won’t produce high-quality results. The format is pixelated and is low resolution. The result is that printed stickers are of poor quality.

For the best results for artwork with text, we suggest it to be at least 6pt. If possible, provide all artwork as Vector PDF. 

CMYK is the most common digital print method. It is a colour mode made up of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CYMK). It’s an effective print process that creates high quality finished results, however we may not be able to print in some bright colours. 

RGB is a colour mode made up of Red, Green and Blue (RGB) light. It is used in screens (those used on your computer, TV etc.) producing bright and vibrant colours. RGB is for displays and isn’t used for printing, so we use the closest CMYK equivalent. 

As we use a CMYK print method for our stickers we cannot print in white ink. Any areas of your design that are white will not be printed so the sticker material will show through. Depending on the sticker material, this could be white, brown, clear or any other colour. 

We require 5mm of background extension past the edge of the piece to make up the bleed. 

Most design packages will give you the option to add a bleed to any design. 

Some packages, such as Photoshop, don’t enable you to add a bleed. In this case, you’ll need to manually make your artwork 5mm larger on all sides of your artwork.

For example, if your sticker is 100mm x 70mm, add 5mm to each side resulting in the dimensions being 110mm x 80mm. 

Vinyl is a synthetic man-made material. It’s a popular choice for stickers because of its durability and resistance to the elements as they are waterproof. 

Vinyl is standard for sticker printing and while cheap, is a high-quality material that delivers great results.  

Egg Shell Stickers aren’t like normal vinyl or paper stickers. They stick to pretty much any surface and will break into tiny pieces when they are tampered with, making them very hard to remove - hence the name ‘Egg Shell’

Because of their resistance to removal, egg shell stickers are regarded as the best type on the market. They’re more expensive than vinyl stickers, but more durable.

Yes. You can order a 10 x 10cm Custom Shaped Vinyl Sticker for £4.99 on our website, here. You'll receive 10 stickers, so you can check out the quality of our work and how your artwork will look when it's printed.  

Of course! You can split the total print run across up to 10 different artworks. We charge just £5.00 for each additional artwork.

If you want different quantities (for example, 300 of one design and 200 of another), you'll need to tell us in the order notes. If you don't, we will split quantities evenly.

You can have your order shipped to multiple addresses. We charge an additional £10 to split and send your order. Sending to international addresses may cost more. Contact us at hello@greyjampress.com with details of your shipping query, and we'll get back to you with a custom quote.

Custom Cut means that the sticker will be cut to the shape of your design instead of our standard shapes, such as a square, rectangle, or circle. 

You can select your preferred option when placing an order.

Die Cut stickers are cut completely through the backing of the sticker so that you’re only left with the sticker design itself. Kiss-cut stickers are digitally printed but with a slightly lighter touch, which leaves the backing visible for an easier peel. 

You can select whether you’d like your design to be Die Cut or Kiss Cut when making your order.

We use several different materials in our printing processes, and are unable to provide details on all of them here.

Our gloss and matt vinyl are 80 microns thick, which is industry standard. 

Typically, anything thicker than this will be laminated, which is a service we do not currently offer.

In the email, please provide your name, billing and shipping address, a contact number, and details of what you would like to order along with any artwork.

Please don’t include your bank details in an email!

We’re unable to accept payments over the phone at the moment, but we are looking to add this in the future. 

We’ll update the website when we can process payments over the phone. 

Yes, VAT is included in the prices of all our products as well as UK Mainland shipping. 

We start producing orders once we’ve received full payment and you have approved your artwork. You can learn about our production timescales on our here.

We provide full tracking for all orders.

All delivery services we use are next working day delivery to the UK mainland. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to courier issues.

Yes, all orders include free UK Mainland shipping. For international shipping please get in touch with us at hello@greyjampress.com for a shipping quote.

Yes, we can send your sticker order to multiple addresses. There’s a charge of £10 for each additional shipping address.

The costs of shipping to multiple international addresses may be higher. To get an accurate shipping cost to multiple addresses, contact us at hello@greyjampress.com and we’ll provide a quote.

We ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of your order and your location. Delivery times can vary and, depending on your location, you may be liable for import duties.

All UK and international delivery services will require a signature. You will receive a notification advising you of the date and expected delivery time so you can ensure someone is available to sign for the order. You’ll also receive a dispatch notification when your parcel has been sent. 

Please note: If your parcel has been refused and sent back to us due to the sender’s error, we are not responsible and you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

We’re unable to offer refunds for personalised orders unless the order is faulty or there is a design issue. 

If you are experiencing an issue with an order, please contact us within seven days of its arrival.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@greyjampress.com to start the returns process. 

We’ll confirm your request, and you’ll need to send the items back to us. Package your items back in their original packaging, return them to:

Be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use tracked shipping to return your order as we cannot be held liable for any return orders that go missing.

We specialise in manufacturing personalised items. Due to the nature of the business, cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake, or the items are faulty.

Please check the details of all products thoroughly before placing your order. Ensure that you have selected the correct sizes and that formats are correct. If, when processing your order, we notice any discrepancies we will contact you to clarify any details. 

Please be aware that apparel from different manufacturers may differ in size. (For example, a medium produced by Russell Athletic may differ from a medium manufactured by Gildan.)
